I. Conclusion of contract
With this written confirmation, a binding contract is concluded for both parties for the rental of a vacation apartment of the Bunter Hund Apartments GbR. Subletting or reletting is not permitted. Should the apartment not be habitable at the time rented due to force majeure, no compensation will be paid.
II. Maintenance of the apartment
1. We always try to provide you with a defect-free apartment. However, if you find any damage from your previous tenants in the apartment, please inform us immediately on the day of arrival so that it can be repaired immediately.
2. Damages or shortages in the inventory of the apartment, caused by the traveler or his fellow travelers, must be reported to us immediately for damage settlement. Damages or shortages that are not reported will be charged to the tenant afterwards.
III. Pets and smoking
1. The vacation apartments are non-smoking apartments.
2. Pets are not allowed in the vacation apartment.
IV. Final cleaning
Final cleaning by the provider is included in the usual scope. The final cleaning does not include the cleaning of the kitchen utensils, the cleaning out of the dishwasher and the disposal of the garbage, this is the responsibility of the vacation guest.
V. Payment
1. Immediately after receipt of the written booking confirmation the full rental price is due. In the case of short-term bookings, the price is to be paid immediately or upon arrival according to the information in the travel confirmation.
2. If no payment is made after request for payment, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the lessor will charge the cancellation fees shown in point 6.
3. The travel price includes all additional costs e.g. energy costs, final cleaning, bed linen and towels.
VI. Cancellation
1. A cancellation must be made in writing to the landlord.
2. Cancellation is free of charge until 5 days before the planned arrival of the tenant. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the rental fee will be due.
3. In case of no-show on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the tenant must pay the full agreed rent. The landlord reserves the right to rent the unused vacation apartment to other parties if possible.
VIII. Final Provisions
1. In general the conditions defined in the house rules are valid. The renter accepts them and the fees assessed in case of violation.
2. The personal data provided by the guest at the time of booking will be electronically processed and stored by the landlord. The data will not be disclosed to third parties.
3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
4. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Coburg.
5. In all other respects the legal regulations apply.
6. Should one of the above provisions be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the provision to be replaced.
