Cancellation policy

1. Cancellations must be made in writing to the landlord. 2. Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before the tenant's scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days in advance, the full rental price is due. 3. In case of no-show on the arrival date without prior cancellation, the tenant is liable to pay the full agreed rent. The landlord reserves the right to re-let the unoccupied holiday apartment if possible.
